Colorado Fly Fishing Adventures is proud to offer float fishing trips on the beautiful Roaring Fork river.  Float fishing is one of the most relaxing and enjoyable ways to fish a river.  The Roaring Fork river originates above Aspen and flows to Glenwood Springs through the Roaring Fork valley, one of the most scenic and picturesque valleys in Colorado.  Our float trips run from the Carbondale bridge access point to Westbank, a distance of approximately 8 miles.  Anglers have the opportunity to fish through private and public water along the way.  The Roaring Fork is diverse with numerous riffles, runs, back eddies, and deep holes.  The river holds many healthy, wild fish including rainbows, browns, and whitefish.  Float trips are great for beginner and experienced anglers and are a great way to bring along a companion who wants to kick back and enjoy the float while watching you catch fish!
